- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Advising on financial legal and taxation requirements.
- Preparing and reviewing annual budgets.
- Preparing banking reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial accounts and summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, income statement, and other reports.
- Managing payroll and maintaining staff records.
- Act as secretary to Finance committee
- Preparing documents for annual audit
- Managing accounts and preparing reports for grants that are received from time to time
CPA Part III or equivalent qualifications,
At least 3 years experience in accounting including experience in SAGE Accounting system.
